What do you think about the larger challenge of developing, growing and sustaining a thriving interior design practice?
We think it is fundamentally about the business of interior design, and that interior designers are most successful when they have an unrelenting focus on the client experience.
That's why we titled this series: The Touchpoints of Interior Design. Each book is about the ways you touch your clients, and the many ways you have touched us with your knowledge and passion for your profession.
